Prices by type of bot
A “from” price is the smallest scope in each option. The sum for your bot is fixed in the contract together with the scenarios and the timeline.
| Type of bot | Price | Timeline | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead bot | from $100 | 1–2 days | A quiz, leads to the CRM and notifications |
| Booking and payments | from $200 | 3–4 days | Calendar, prepayment, reminders |
| Mini app | from $400 | 4–7 days | Catalog and accounts inside Telegram |
A lead bot
The simplest option. The bot asks the client a few questions, turns the answers into a lead and sends it to the CRM and to a manager in Telegram. The client can leave a lead at any hour, and the manager gets it with the answers already in, so the first call is not spent on questions.
A flow like this is where business process automation usually starts.
A bot with booking and payments
The bot shows free slots, books the client, collects a prepayment and sends a reminder before the visit. It suits salons, clinics, studios and anyone who works by appointment: the front desk stops answering the same questions, and fewer slots are lost to no-shows.
A Telegram mini app
An app that opens inside Telegram from the bot chat, with no app-store install. It holds a catalog with a cart and payment, or booking with a customer account, rewards and subscriptions.
How it works, how it differs from a website and when you need one is covered in what a Telegram Mini App is.
| Package | Price | Timeline | What is included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Storefront | from $400 | 4–5 days | Catalog and cart, payments, bot notifications |
| Service | from $750 | 1 week | Booking and accounts, rewards and subscriptions, CRM integration |
What the price depends on
- The number of scenarios. Each branch of the dialog means copy, buttons and testing. A bot with one funnel costs less than one that handles new clients, regular clients and staff separately.
- Integrations. Links to a CRM, a calendar, a payment provider, 1C or inventory add work and their own lines to the estimate.
- AI answers. If the bot answers questions from your knowledge base, the base has to be put together and the answers checked before launch.
- Broadcasts and segments. Reminders, win-back messages and broadcasts to client groups need a database and rules for who gets what and when.
- Other messengers. The same engine can serve WhatsApp and Instagram, and each channel is set up separately.
What is paid separately
- A server. A bot needs a server that runs around the clock. You pay the host directly.
- The payment provider. Stripe, Kaspi and others take their own commission on each payment.
- Paid services. A CRM and AI models charge a subscription or a fee per volume.
- Support after launch. Changes, new scenarios and advice run on a subscription with a fixed monthly fee.
How to get an exact quote
Fill in the brief: four short steps, about three minutes. Describe what the bot should do on its own and which services it should talk to. Within a working day we send a solution and an estimate with the price and the timeline.
