The site describes the services of the HEXIS studio, its prices and the way it works. You cannot buy a service or conclude a contract through the site: you can leave a request.

The prices and timelines on the site are a guide and are not a public offer. The exact price, scope and timeline are fixed in the contract and do not change without the client’s consent.

You leave a request in the brief or write to us. We prepare a solution and an estimate. Work begins once the contract is signed.

The contract states the parties and their details, the scope, the timeline, the price, and how payment and acceptance work. Where the site and the contract differ, the contract applies.

Payment is made in stages: the next stage is paid after the previous one is accepted. The currency is stated in the contract: euros, dollars, tenge or rubles.

The rights to the result pass to the client in the way the contract describes. The source code, domains and accesses are registered in the client’s name.

For 30 days after launch we fix defects in the delivered work free of charge. Further support is arranged separately.

The texts, the design and the HEXIS mark belong to the studio. They may not be used without the studio’s consent; quoting with a reference to the source is allowed.

Materials from client projects are shown with their owners’ permission and belong to them. The names Telegram, Google, Yandex, ChatGPT and those of other services belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the services.

The site links to client sites and third-party services. The studio is not responsible for their content or operation.

We may change the information on the site and these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force.
